Make paper forms a thing of the past with our Dynamic Forms
enhancement. All your simple non-hierarchical data which cannot
be captured elsewhere in the system, can be entered, stored and
processed quickly and accurately. Forms can be accessed directly
from hyperlinks on your home page and end-users can define the
layout and content of a new custom form. Any updates to forms
can be made quickly thereby preventing extra printing overheads.
It's user-friendly, time saving, cost effective and written in
an upgrade friendly manner.
Our Event Engine framework allows processing to be triggered
from any action. This enables you to insert complex validation,
flexible auditing and integration processes anywhere in your
system in a non-invasive manner. You can quickly and easily set
tailored actions to be triggered in response to an event being
detected, such as displaying a warning message, writing data to
a table or scheduling a process. Event Engine allows you to add
extra validation and processing to pages using configuration,
not customisation, easing the upgrade process.
Why wait for reports to run to find areas of your workforce
that need attention? Our innovative Alerts framework allows you
to add role-specific notifications to your homepage, alerts can
be trigged from user-defined business rules based on
transactional data from anywhere within your PeopleSoft
database. Alerts are delivered to defined groups of users in
near real time, allowing users to drill down to what caused the
alert. It's the perfect solution to allow seamless system
process steps between different roles. The business rules can be
really simple or extremely complex and are created using
configuration, not customisation, easing the upgrade process.
Re-skinning
PeopleSoft – by default – has a very agreeable pale blue
appearance, and this is sufficient for some clients. Many
customers however, would rather change the colour scheme and
graphics to match their corporate colours or intranet portal
branding. Succeed’s Reskinning Framework allows you to select a
new colour for each on-screen element and then apply this to
your PeopleSoft environment. No delivered style sheets are
overwritten in this process in an effort to keep the upgrade
impact minimal. Our Framework works on PeopleTools 8.50 and
upwards, but for customers on earlier versions we have other
solutions available.
Employee Engagement
An area that Succeed is particularly strong in is improving
the Employee Engagement experience. We’ll take the areas of
PeopleSoft that are most exposed to your employees and managers
and turn it into a more rewarding experience. Going
significantly further than reskinning, we’ll change the entire
look and feel of these pages so your employees feel that they’re
using a completely different application. From our work with
existing clients we’ve found that the return on investment in
this area is huge, with a marked increase in employee use of the
system. We’ll be happy to demonstrate how we’ve transformed

Dashboards
How do you gauge at a glance the health of your company or
department? It can be tricky to see which KPIs and metrics of
your HR or business processes are up to scratch without delving
into a mountain of paperwork and report data. For a time and
cost effective way of visualising the health of your
organisation, our experts can install Dashboard, our on-site
plasma screen displaying all of the different configurable
functions and components of a job or procedure. Like a car
dashboard, it'll tell you all you need to know at a glance and
which parts need attention, saving you vital time and administration
costs.
