The Succeed Graduate Scheme 2011/12

What we're looking for:

The roles are predominantly technical in nature, so we're aiming for graduates with a good degree in Computing or a related discipline. This isn't a fixed requirement however, students with any degree discipline will be considered
as long as a genuine passion for IT can be demonstrated.

No specific programming language experience is required, but awareness of SQL, XML, Web Technologies, Windows, Unix/Linux would be an advantage. An object orientated language would be a bonus, as would an interest in business. We hope to recruit 4 to 6 graduates.

Role and Responsibilities:

Successful Graduates will be taken through an 8 week training course run by some of our best consultants followed by an assessment. This will give a solid grounding in the technology, and will be backed up by further in-house assignments to sharpen skills. The graduates will then be placed on client site within existing Succeed teams to become accustomed to project work.

Based:

Our sites are all UK based but are spread geographically (around 50% are in or around Greater London) so although accommodation, meals and travel will be reimbursed if the client site is not near the graduate's home, some time away from home Mon-Fri is to be expected with this job.

How to apply:

So if you are keen for new experience and responsibility, and want to be part of the Succeed team simply send your CV and covering letter to recruitment@succeed.co.uk.

Closing Date:

Closing date for applications is Friday 16th December 2011.

What our previous four recruits have to say:

Munsif:

"After graduating I had a number of job offers to consider. There are many advantages to joining a smaller company and choosing Succeed was one of the best decisions that I have made. Succeed will help you grow, polish your skills and bring out the hidden potential you have yet to discover."

Sravya:

"Succeeders' can-do attitude makes it a great company to work with. Succeeders accept challenges even if it means learning something completely new and manage to excel in it. I have had support in all forms - training, mentoring and on-the-job learning."

Callum:

"Beginning with the intensive training I have found the Succeed graduate scheme a challenging yet rewarding experience. I feel that my skills have continued to develop since the training and I’m looking forward to see what the future brings."

Ujwal:

"Succeed to me is all about its people and culture. The Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to learn from the best in this trade. If you have a passion for technology and can't wait to take the bull by its horns, welcome to Succeed!"

As a sign of how well they've done and how much we value their opinion, they'll be part of both the recruitment process and with mentoring once you're on board.

All applicants will be treated in the same manner, regardless of race, age, gender and nationality, however only candidates with the right to work on a permanent basis in the UK need apply. Reference checks will be completed before offers are made.
