Succeed was engaged via Xansa (now Steria) to assist with design of the Oracle PeopleSoft V9.0 project. The first part of the project has been to move employees currently paid through UniPay to a consolidated HR Time & Labour, Absence Management and Payroll solution. This primarily impacts Retail employees but specific employees within Distribution, Manufacturing and Head Office Locations are also included.  The next stages of the project will then look to move the remainder of the population to the integrated PeopleSoft solution.

Succeed have worked closely with Morrisons business representatives to ensure that the design is scaleable and user-friendly to support the UK & Gibraltar store, Central, Manufacturing and Distribution operations.

Succeed have led the design and development of Time and Labor and have had significant involvement in the development of the project’s biggest enhancements.  Succeed are also engaged on other parts of the project - notably the data conversion, UPK training and reporting areas of the project.

The project is now live in pilot stores, and the rollout to all stores in the UK is underway.
