Succeed has recently passed a 9 year milestone of providing technology services to BT. Over the course of the 9 years, Succeed has provided services both directly and via BT's HR outsourcing provider, Accenture HR Services.

Originally engaged to enhance various features of a PeopleSoft v7 implementation, Succeed then provided expertise to web-enable a set of HR services to BT employees using Active Service Pages technology as an application layer over PeopleSoft v7. Since then Succeed has provided design and deployment services, whilst various structural changes have taken place within BT - particularly the outsourcing of its HR function from core BT to a joint venture called ePeopleServe, and from there to Accenture HR Services. Succeed took an active part in the closure of the outsourcing deal, and partnered with Accenture HR Services for several years until being engaged directly by BT again after the deployment of PeopleSoft v8.8.

Over the past 2 years, since the successful deployment of PeopleSoft v8.8 for BT, Succeed has been the prime consultancy for delivery of the following projects

- Graduate Recruitment
- Manager Self Service Recruitment
- Contracts automation using SOA technologies
- ePerformance (V9)
