Succeed is currently building a fully functional HR system laboratory. The Lab can be used to demonstrate and prove end-to-end real life scenarios, typically encountered in a retail environment and showcases automated interfaces between systems developed by Succeed and devices from 3rd party vendors.
The Lab will comprise modules such as: Self Service Functionality, Administration Portal, PeopleSoft HCM (Recruitment, Core HR, Time and Labour, Time Administration, Absence Management, Payroll, ePerformance), PeopleSoft EPM (HR Warehouse), Oracle and RedPrairie Workforce Schedulers, clocking devices, "re-skinned" versions of Enterprise Learning Management and PeopleSoft itself, OBIEE, Oracle EBS, HR KPI reporting and Store Operations KPI reporting.
